My daughter got in. SAT 1510, bad GPA, I went to UW Madison. Extremely customized essay for UW Madison. Very difficult upbringing - Mom diagnosed with an affliction when she was 1 and Mom passed away when she was 11. I worked hard to bring her up but men are not equipped to bring up daughters (I have 2!). I am very proud of her.
