I got the same thing! I think it just means that in the event of your acceptance that you’ll have to provide that info before enrolling.

I got the same thing too! Honestly it sounds like if you got that message you’ve been admitted; I think it just means that they won’t allow you to actually enroll in classes until final grades are sent in and completed.

Just checked mine and it said “no evaluations to display.” Is it a bad sign? But my application just got completed like last week because there was a huge delay of sending transcripts…
