<p>I'm an international transfer from a community college in Iowa. I'm majoring in civil and environmental engineering. Right now i applied and got accepted to U of Wisconsin-Madison and U of Washington-Seattle. I knew so little about both of campus in terms of their civil engineering program and campus life. If anyone have some experiences or have heard a little bit about these universities. Any comment would be appreciated. :)</p>
