My daughter has been accepted into both UW-Madison and University of Maryland College Park. She is looking at civil engineering; has been accepted into the honors program at both; would be joining the marching band at either; both would be OOS tuitition. She has her list of pros and cons of each but they seem to balance out. Any suggestions?
