@Sumanye: Same thing with me! The link didn’t appear until tonight, and then I can’t even register because there are no dates.

Oh, i just figured out what the problem was.

I was selecting what I wanted to major in, and there was no dates. When I chose “pre major” for arts and sciences (which is what my unofficial transcript says), all the dates popped up. I registered for the 19th of July.

But aren’t we supposed to choose our intended majors? It says “select the major you are
interested in.” :-o

Pre science I meant to say.

Yeah. Are we supposed to choose the major that’s on our unofficial?

@JMG2011: I know you’re a ME-hopeful. Did you put pre-engineering or mechanical?

If you’re talking to me, I’m an intended Linguistics major…

Oh right. LOL. So you’re not a pre-anything? Dang. I’ll probably just wait for the reply from FYP.

I’m pre-humanities but I also selected my intended major.

I just got off the phone with A&O, they told me selecting pre science was fine for me and that I did not need to select physics, but it might be different for other people. I don’t think there is a lot of physics transfer students, so maybe that is why.

For some reason I’m pre-sci (was accepted into bio major at UW Bothell) and it’ll only let me register if I choose pre-major. I can’t choose bio as my intended major.

@sbghmm: They sent an email re: bio. Maybe you’ve seen it.

Anyway, FYP said some departments (like CSE) haven’t finalized their schedule, so there aren’t any dates yet.

Saw it, thanks :)

Wish I didn’t have to wait until September…

Hey guys! Just a heads up. CSE has orientation dates now. Maybe your majors have them now, too.
