I was hoping to see if there were any other students out there who were applying for transfer to the University of Washington for Summer/Fall 2011. I am, and it would be great to see if anyone else was doing the same thing!</p>

<p>How hard is it for out of state applicants to be accepted? Are there any admission statistics on this?</p>

<p>Roffle- Im not sure if there are any statistics about out of state transfers, but I do know it is mug harder unfortunately 
I actually went to an out of state private college, but after talki with an admissions counselor at UW I decided to attend a wa state community college to better my shot at getting in. </p>
<p>I’m a freshman now so I’m applying for my sophomore year. Are you guys all applying for junior year, I hear most transfers do that.</p>
<p>I am anxiously awaiting an answer, even though I know it’s going to be awhile.</p>
<p>I know, waiting is so hard! I can’t believe we don’t hear back until June.</p>

What were your highschool/college grades like?</p>
<p>Here is a quick list of my stats:
HS GPA: 3.8 (with some AP and honors classes)
University GPA: 3.95
CC GPA: 3.983</p>
<p>I went to a private university out of state for the first semester of this year, then transfered to a cc in washington which is why I have two different college GPA’s. </p>
<p>I’m pretty worried, because even though I have a good GPA, but I don’t have 90 credits yet, which is what i hear UW wants for transfers!</p>
