mine just refreshes as well. and when i try to reset my password it says “your request cannot be processed at this time” but it was doing that this afternoon too when i checked around 1:30 EST
@balletgirl17 same! I got deferred and then waitlisted and ngl it was pretty painful to get two "wait longer"s in a row

I’m using my Google account
I’m able to access all day, using Google+
So do people think decisions will come out today then?
