I will be taking Sat 2's in June for Physics, Literature, and Math II. Hoping for all scores in the 700's.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated!

With those scores and extracurricular activities, and the commitment you demonstrate by applying early, I would be surprised if you didn’t get in.

Especially because this is ED, I’d say it is more likely than not that you get accepted. I too will apply Vanderbilt ED, and I’ve researched it extensively. The acceptance rate for ED is a modestly better 25%, and their Middle 50 for scores is about a point lower for ED. Since your weighted GPA is 4.4, it’s unlikely that you have below a 3.8 unweighted. If you did, your chances would be harder, but assuming that you don’t, you should be competitive.

Unweighted gpa is 3.94

Yeah, that’s an excellent unweighted. Vanderbilt is super competitive, so nothing is assured, but you’d have a great chance ED.

How would my chances be for UNC Chapel Hill, out of state. I know it’s VERY competitive.

I’d say you have a very good shot at both UNC OOS and Vanderbilt ED. Congratulations.

I’d say Vanderbilt would be a match for you. Good luck! :)
