Vanderbilt Fall 2020 Transfer Thread

@RejectionMan I would hope after months of waiting everything would be available with decision release.

@nmatthews6 Vandy is not on my IDOC list. Not sure if that means anything though.

Okay thanks

Thank you @lindsey0826! Thatā€™s really helpful. I hope youā€™re right!

What time does it usually come out?

I think weā€™ve been guessing around 6 or 6:30?

I accidentally referred to Nashville as Memphis in an email to my admissions counselor. Welpā€¦ thatā€™s it for me but good luck to yā€™all though haha.

If decisions donā€™t come today I will likely be out of the race for Vanderbilt as my last decision is coming tomorrow, not including Vanderbilt ofc. Iā€™m praying decisions come today or else a lot more people will not even consider the school I believe.

mfw I have only received 1/4 of my decisions

@MattTransfer2020 Iā€™m still waiting on 4 more responsesā€¦ Such a waste of time +money since it looks like Iā€™ll have to make a decision before most of those even come out

I feel that @ketchup23

6 eastern?

@MattTransfer2020 Pretty much same lol, Iā€™ve only received 2/7 decisions from privates I applied to (and one was a safety, the other an LAC that takes 20 or less transfers so that was an obvious rejectionā€¦). Slowly going insane

Did none of the schools that accepted you offer an extension date for SIR? @MattTransfer2020 @ketchup23
Guess I should be thankful UCs extended theirs to 06/01

Vanderbiltā€™s kind of my last hope - heard from 3/4 I applied to and it was all bad news.

& yes, 6 eastern/5 central.

One of the other schools I heard back from said to let them know by June 1 from the get goā€¦ The other one may or may not replace my spot in the next week-kinda up in the air but oh well

@SatanFlower69 I have not contacted them yet, I should probably do that today

@niniwah same, Vandy is the only school left on my list that is worth the out of state tuition

6:01 Iā€™ve got nothing

Nothing

nothing
