vanderbilt or bc or State school

or maybe duke(waitlist)
can't decide between these schools

got no money from vanderbilt, a decent amount at bc and full ride at on of the worse state schools, but it does have a good business school

i can't decide, i will know people at vanderbilt and the state school, but none at bc
bc, vandy, and duke if i get in are for undecided arts and sciences major, possibly economics or physics or something like that

so which one would you recomend, weather is also a factor but i dont know i would prefer not to be cold, but i dont know

vandy! the parties are sickk and great education. unless money is a factor for you family, then in that case I would recommend bc. dont go to state school over bc please

What's your in-state school?

If money's an issue, it may be a good idea to stick around.

In the end, prestige can help a little, but it doesn't make THAT much of a difference. You can be sucessful no matter where you go, so it's nice to save money where you can. A full-ride is a really good deal...

BC is a great place to be (alum-87) Don't think twice about taking it over a mediocre state school and don't worry about not knowing anyone--that will change on Day 1. The financial aid they gave me was the top reason I chose BC over Georgetown and I had no regrets. It's cold--but it's not crazy cold like Maine or VT.

Vandy....Vandy....Vandy....and yes the weather does seem to be an issue for some coming from the South when going northeast -
