<p>Vandy. You clearly like its atmosphere more and MIT’s grade deflation isn’t going to help your medical school prospects one bit. Also, graduating summa from Vandy is preferable to graduating middle of your class at MIT.</p>
<p>Let us not forget, If the OP is MIT caliber he might be qualified for several scholarships he could have applied before the deadline of Dec 15th. If he did it is a tough decision because he will be full ride at Vanderbilt and full pay at MIT if his EFC is high. Even if did not apply to CV or Chancellor scolarship he will get good scholarships if he is MIT caliber. Easily negotiable. Vanderbilt loves these kids.</p>
