Ok, so i made Varsity track and field as a junior, i was thinking if this was enough or if colleges will notice that i take it all four years. Can somebody tell me if I should quit track after this year(varsity) and take another class instead or if i should just stay? thanks. sorry about grammatical mistakes.

Stay on track if you enjoy it, quit track if don't. It's pretty simple. Unless you're a recruited athlete, it makes little difference to colleges.

I'm not a recruited athlete, but I have very little extracurriculars besides track. so do you think it would help me if i stayed(you know to show my passion), or should i just take anther AP class

I hesitate to say this as I think you should do whatever you like, but all work (academics) and no play (EC's) may make you seem one dimensional to admissions officers. Stay on the team (if you enjoy track) and let the other AP class wait until college. Or, try something new and see if you can ignite your passion for a new EC. I wouldn't advise loading up on extra AP's at the expense of your personal development.

haha kinda in the same boat as u. junior, first year in track and field, made varsity in a week for the number 1 school in track and field in our county! i love it though and i kinda regret not joining freshman and sophomore year. but yeah, its that simple. if u like it, stay. dont like it, get out. theres no point in joining something u dont like and getting nowhere with it. if u see urselve becoming big, then stay. i see that in myself and hopefully ill end up in state this year!
