Yep…I can’t concentrate on anything!! Tomorrow is going to be the longest day of my life!! Nice to know I’m not alone!! hopefully we will see each other on campus next year!!!
good luck everyone, hope to see you all there.
Good luck to everyone!! I hope you all sleep well tonight in lieu of the stressful day we may have tomorrow. My fingers are crossed that we can all see each other next fall!
Almost at the one hour mark!!
Aaaaa!! We’re so close!!!
Waaait so is it coming at 4pm or 5pm NY time? So nervous!!
Rejected
same here must have been very competitive
accepted!
i got in!!!
I got in!!
I got rejected?
My son got in! I am super excited for him.
For those of you who were rejected, I have heard that more schools are rejecting rather than deferring to be kinder to kids so that they don’t cling to false hope. So even though a rejection must feel worse than a deferral, you can hopefully soon feel just as excited about some other schools on your list.
My son also got in!
To those who didn’t get the result they wanted: your future path is just as bright as it was yesterday, though it may wind through a different campus. Hang in there.
what does the portal look like if you got accepted
My daughter got in!! Congrats to everyone who got good news and for those that didn’t, there is definitely the right place out there for you
I got in!!! I can’t wait to meet everyone!
Would anyone who was accepted mind sharing their stats? We are curious about admissions chances in RD. My son was deferred. Thanks! And congratulations to everyone who was accepted!
@Saawalk , my son had a 1550 on his SATs and 800s on two subject tests (Chem and Math 2). His GPA probably isn’t as high as most applying to Vassar, but he goes to an extremely challenging independent school and has a very difficult course load. He is not a kid who belongs to a lot of clubs and he has a limited number of ECs. He visited a class the day he toured Vassar and had the opportunity to participate, and it sounds like he made an impression on the professor—maybe that helped him in the process…
Thanks for sharing that. My son has 1530 SATs with 4.21 gpa and activities that revolve around math, theatre, and student government. Sounds like your son was an outstanding applicant. Best wishes for a wonderful experience at Vassar!
