VCCS transfer to UVa

I am a 2nd year at a VCCS school and am looking to transfer to UVa this fall.
I have completed all the prereq's for the GAA except for four semesters of foreign language. I have only done two.
VCCS GPA: 3.72
HS GPA: 3
Sats taken in junior year of college was 1530. I was scheduled to retake Jan 26 of this year however they were cancelled due to snow and Collegeboard is planning on having them the 16th of this month but have not heard any further.
My concern is the low SAT and I took two dual enrollment classes back in junior year with the CC and received C's in them. I repeated one of them with an A. I also have one W on my transcript during the first semester of CC.
EC/Volunteering: I am a paramedic/ff and volunteer in my town as well as paid employment with a fire department. I also travel to Guatemala and do volunteer work fire/rescue for four years.

What are my chances for transferring since I am not GAA.

Thanks

There is no need to retake the SATs if you’re in your 2nd year at a Virginia CC. We are far more concerned with your college work.

BTW, the requirement isn’t to take four semesters of FL. The requirement is to get to the 202 level. If you start at 101, that obviously means you’ll take four semesters, but that is not a requirement.

Thanks for the reply. I understand about the sat’s but won’t it look better to bring up the scores.
For the FL I did start at the 101 level per the departments recommendation.
Will those C’s back in my junior year of HS have any influence on the colleges decision?

Did you get in?
