<p>I committed to Northeastern today.</p>

<p>A week ago I emailed my financial aid officer asking about "Verification Worksheet - Not Received" in my financial aid portal and haven't received a response. The message in my portal and on Northeastern's website says you should receive an email if you were chosen for federal verification.</p>

<p>Am I just ahead of the game and the financial aid office just hasn't gotten to notifying those chosen? Also all the verification forms on Northeastern's website state 12-13 school year. Along with "IDOC will not be used for the 13-14 school year".</p>

<p>What should I do?</p>

<p>I emailed the financial aid office about this a few weeks ago as well. The response was this:</p>

<p>“It looks like you were selected for verification, and you will need to turn in the verification form; however we do not have the updated verification forms out just yet. For now you do not have to send anything in, I will email you with the proper form to fill out when it becomes available.”</p>
