So currently going back to school after a year off. The reason why I needed a year off was because I suffered a car
accident which put me in a comma for a month and almost left me paralyzed, suffered multiple trauma injuries. Now
I dont wanna make no excuses regarding as to why I didnt do good in school in the past but this accident helped me reflect on my attitude towards taking college seriously. Now that I am going back, I am confused about everything regarding the major I picked. So my questions are:
- My status is currently a sophomore, i have 60 credits to be exact but do not have all the pre-requisites because I switched from business to computer engineering about 2 semesters ago. I go to community college here in florida and I was already accepted to FIU and FAU as a non seeking major to finish my prerequisites but I am gonna do this comeback semester in CC. And then my plan is either to transfer to Santa Fe CC and do a summer semester there and then try to transfer to UF for the fall which is like one of the universities i would like to go. So what are the possibilities that this could be achieved?? Also I like computer engineering but I also like biomedical engineering more specifically tissue engineering, is there a college program that has a hybrid in these two type of engineering or like do you have to double major?? Also, what other university besides UF is good at these fields. Thank you and sorry for the long writing. :-bd
