Last year, I took the Chemistry SAT II and received a 680. Not so fabulous for where I'm applying (top LACs-- Vassar ED I!), but my counselor recommended I send the score anyways (even though I have two 740s in US History and Bio) to show interest.

I'm interested in studying both biology and chemistry. I don't really have a preference at this point.

My question: when filling out the "areas of interest," should I list bio or chem first? I know there will be many prospective bio majors, so listing chem would be an advantage there. But then, my SAT II score looks bad. So.

I took the SAT II in the middle of the year after completing a chemistry elective, if that makes any difference.
