Very Sepcific Deadline question: wednesday night or thrusday night?

<p>So the Stanford transfer application deadline is March 15, 2007. Does this mean I must submit it by 11:59:59 PM March 14, 2007 or 11:59:59 PM March 15, 2007? In other words, is the last night to submit it wednesday night or thursday night?</p>

<p>for mailed items - it says that march 15th is the postmark deadline, not the received by deadline.</p>

<p>for the online app - i'm assuming you have until midnight on march 15th.</p>

<p>Yes, I know for postmarked it's not a problem. I'm wondering for online forms.</p>

<p>it usually means until the end of March 15th (11:59:59 pm).</p>

<p>Obviously you should give yourself at least a 6 hour buffer...at least...</p>

<p>6 hours is optimistic. The essays aren't easy.</p>

<p>Has anyone gotten screwed this way yet? I'm pretty sure last year I applied to stanford within 2-3 hours of the deadline, and I got waitlsited, so I'm presuming it wasn't considered late (my essays were poor, and I can't say my stats are that grate either).</p>
