<p>How much you make depends on who you work for. Also, just going into the job, you’ll make much less than a CVA or an RVT, which is what you’ll probably want to be certified as.</p>
<p>I shadowed at a vet clinic the other day to help me decide if I would want to become a vet tech or vet. I suggest you shadow at your local vet clinic to see if the career is right for you.</p>
