Villanova Undergrad Transfer

Hello guys. I have a 2.37 gpa at the moment but I am on my way to get a 3.8 this semester which will bring me up above a 3.2 by the end of next semester if and when I make above deans list two semesters in a row. I am also in student government, will have a letter from the dean of students here at school as a recomendation, i play football and run track. I am also in Army ROTC. Do you guys think I can get into villanova at the end of this year ( my sophomore year) with 55 credits and a 3.2 gpa? I undertand that transfering is a lot easier. give me some thoughts? thanks

Okay, I presume you are in a community college or other junior college (you never actually said this, but you did imply this).

If you can get a 3.2 GPA in college after 55 units, with a rising trend in GPA, while also participating in two sports and ROTC, you should have no problem getting into Villanova in my opinion.

(One note here: If it looks like your GPA may suffer because of all the extra stuff you are participating in, I would consider dropping one of these three things to get the 3.2 GPA--because that's what will get you into Villanova)
