If you know about business schools in VA, where is the best place to major in something like Finance or Accounting. I am choosing between 4 schools: JMU COB, VTech's Pamplin, GMU's School of Management, or U of R's Robins School of Business.

I can't really afford U of R, so I was wondering if you guys could give me reasons (or articles) on which choice I should make out of really the three (JMU, VTech, and GMU).

I would say JMU COB is probably the best of the ones you mentioned. But Vtech is also very good. But JMU COB is more “for the students” and gets your more involved than Vtech.

I dont know much about the other ones, but my nephew went to GMU and partially becuase of its northern Va location was able to get good internships.

Does anyone know rankings for these schools? I know on BusinessWeek, UR is on it, but none of the others. So, I am trying to get a sense of the ranks of these schools.
