I was just curious with all the talk of the potential acceptance rate change this year. Shouldn’t we have gotten a clear cut number by now? Or do we need to wait for wait lists and everything because those would count?
I heard it was about 56%.
With matriculation deadline being today and wait-list acceptance deadline early next week, the final data isn’t in. Honestly, I’m not sure how much of a priority it is for the university to update their common data set so it could very well be late summer before it’s posted. 55-56% sounds about right though if you look at last year’s stats and factor in that there were 32,000+ applications this year and approx. 6,200 spots available.
