"Visit" Canadian Colleges From Home

I spotted a helpful link on the National Association for College Admission Counseling listserv today. This new Web site provides online tours of Canadian Colleges and universities. See: UTours

In today's economy, Canadian schools can be a good way to tighten one's belt while expanding horizons.

The website is great. But we also bought the DVD. It’s really good!

Why are the DVD’s available for American colleges never discussed here? They really were very effective for my kids in creating their lists.

^Is there a source you can point me to that is similar for US schools? I liked this one as it covers all of them in one, with consistency in coverage (and not marketing by a particular school).

You can also check out Universitytv.com for some US colleges and myUsearch.com has some college videos. You go through their college matching questionnaire for a list of college suggestions and some of the schools have videos you can watch right then. Hope that helps.

try this: [Experience College - Campus video tours, college reviews and student videos at theU.com.](http://www.theu.com/college_videos)
