After being accepted today, I'm planning on driving up to McGill in the next couple weeks.

Does anyone know anything about visiting there? Do they have tours and sessions like schools here?

And even better, does anyone know about calling McGill so I can just directly ask the admissions office? I don't even know how to do it, let alone how much it costs.

when i went in the summer, i called and scheduled an appointment. they grouped the US students into different time slots.

They do have tours scheduled periodically...I'd recommend checking out www.mcgill.ca/visiting for info about tours and contact :)

And my offer still stands, if you want an informal tour around McGill or whatnot, e-mail me at noelle.fredrickson@mail.mcgill.ca...i can show residences, and other things not covered on the general tours like classes pertaining to your major and what not. So yeah.

harpgirl, i'd be reallllllly happy if you'd talk to me on aim bout mcgill sometime. i've got a lot of decisions to make, and being from the us makes it a lot harder to understand mcgill.

I'd be glad to :)

I'm an American as well (Seattle, Washington baby!) and I'm in the process of completing my first year at McGill...so I can answer probably a lot of questions you have.

AIM: Laivinasar

take care,
noelle

k hopefully i'll catch you next time you're on, thanks!
