I'm a high school junior and might plan on visiting william and mary on jan 16th. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what I should do. What do I need to see, what classes should i try to sit in on? Also, if anyone is willing to take me around for an hour or just sit down and talk about the school if i visit, that would be very helpful...thanks

have you scheduled a student-guided tour and info session? they will give you a lot of what you want. you can do it online or by phone, and maybe you can ask admissions about sitting in on a class, altho that is usually done at schools once accepted. but go check it out! good luck. it's an outstanding school with a beautiful campus.

Just pointing out that January 16th is the first day of classes. Conceivably you could sit in on any class, as the professor wouldn't know you weren't a student.

But yes, a student guided tour and information session is your best bet rather than wandering around aimlessly.
