Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, easy VAPA credit? I was thinking about CC 303 Intro to Classical Mythology or MUS 302L Intro to Western Music. Does anyone have any info on the type of work each class involves? My impression is that CC 303 probably involves a lot of reading, and MUS 302L involves a lot of appreciative and analytical listening.

T D 301, specifically with Kaplan. If you attend her class daily (which you should), it’s pretty much a guaranteed A. Also, she gives extra credit opportunities, which are mostly unnecessary. There’s blackboard posts and some performance essays, which the TA’s grade, but are mostly easy. My experience with CC 303 and Western music were not as pleasant (I tried both, but dropped). For Western Music, you need to attend class with an iClicker, which takes attendance and is used for easy unexpected quizzes (Maybe that was just my teacher). For MUS, you also have to attend a TA session per week, which I find utterly @@. So yeah, go with TD.

TD 303C is as easy as it gets, TD 303 isn’t bad either

I’m taking Intro to Ancient Greece.
I was told that all intro classes are designed for freshman, so I’m assuming it won’t be too terribly difficult.
