Hey, I got a letter in the mail and email about the diversity weekend at Tufts, and I decided to apply. I tried to look up information about it, but I couldn't find anything. Is anyone else applying? Was this program held in the previous years, and if it was, if anyone here went how was it? Any insight would be great.

eh it’s not that great, not worth going to

It’s not? Did you attend it before?

We significantly retooled the program for last year, and the feedback regarding has been really positive. More community interaction, and a greater opportunity to talk with current students. It seemed like everyone who came left happy.

It made a big impact on many students’ understanding of Tufts, and there are a large number of current freshman who attended last year’s Voices program. Like Daryan, who was profiled a couple weeks ago on the website: [url=Family Matters – Tufts Journal]Daryan on his journey to Tufts/url

But, I’m heavily biased (of course), and didn’t experience the program myself, so my enthusiasm might be misplaced.

DAN, what is the acceptance rate into voices of tufts? Does everyone usually get in?
