I posted this question on another thread but did not get an answer. If a student wants to come in early and volunteer for Move Crew, how do they go about doing that? I called the Office of Residential Life and was told that the information for that does not go out until right before. How can you make plane reservations if you don’t know until a couple of weeks before when you can move in? Has anyone done this before?
Back in the day, we were able to sign up for Move Crew online about a month before the school year ended. Last year, ResEd sent an email to sign up for more crew in mid-July with a deadline of August 1. As far as I know, everyone who signs up gets to participate, so if the students plans to participate, it is safe to go ahead and schedule early flights.
