W&L were reporting incomplete online applications, which artificially lowered their declared admissions rate. Just curious why you’re posting a story from 2013?
According to the introduction in the CTCL book, this was/is not an uncommon practice. Curious is anyone on the “inside” at this or any other school can comment.
I always assumed that this was common practice.
Also what about complete but withdrawn applications due to the student being accepted ED at another school?
