<p>for the UC transfer update I'm not sure if I put a course as planned or in progress. The first day of class for that course is february 1st and I am wait listed. I'm guessing I put planned (PL) since I'm not officially in it or in progress?</p>
<p>I'll be hitting 60 units regardless if I take that course, so if I end up not getting enrolled in the course, that won't hurt my transfer, right?</p>
<p>If you’re wait listed, most definitely you need to put it as “planned”. However, it really does not make a difference between the 2 since the UCs assume you’re actually going to be taking the courses when the semester starts, regardless of what you put in there. If you end up not taking the course for any reason, then you are expected to contact each UC you applied to and let them know.</p>

<p>I think you should put it as planned and note that you are waitlisted in the additional comments section of the transfer update. This way it shows them both that you are planning to complete this class and that you are not officially enrolled just in case you do not get in to the class.</p>
