I had not seen many liberal arts decisions either but my daughter just got her acceptance from liberal arts in last night’s midnight update.

Daughter is still waiting. Ugh. College of Agriculture. She did get an email today from College of Ag urging her to apply for scholarships, but guessing that is just automatically generated. Think we’ll wait to apply for a scholarship to see if she actually gets in! 
Still waiting for an admission decision from Smeal. Must have checked the portal about 15 times today

My DS was accepted on 11/21 for Engineering and requested the summer session so he could do the LEAP program.

If 2 people out of 4 applying from my high school heard back does that mean that the other 2 are more likely to get denied? Has any denials been sent out yet?

I’ve been happy to see some kids with SAT in the 1200s start to receive acceptances. ?
Nothing like an error message to get one’s hopes up (and then down ?) when you login like you have 10x per day only to this time see an error message:
“A record in CPR was not found for login XXXXXXX and psu_id=, please try to login again and if it continues to fail, contact the Admissions office for assistance.”
At first I got excited thinking it could mean something good, then I thought “maybe maintenance by PSU.” But then it occurred to me that not recognizing a login could be a step towards an admissions denial.
I’ll try to skip that mindset since they may not add denials into the portals this early, and an offer of a Commonwealth Campus is way more likely.

@Oceanisle I received the same message and had similar thoughts. Im going with the thought that they sent out so many acceptances this morning that the system crashed:)

Also, what’s everyone’s guess on how often PSU is updating portals at this juncture?
Im thinking twice a day…but it is a mystery. I would like to hear soon as each day my son is applying to more colleges and each application is really adding up…I think he is in panic mode. My daughter heard right before Christmas two years ago and from what she said many hear those few days before Christmas. Im banking on that!
We also received that error message this morning. Hoping that’s a good sign…
Getting the same error message as you @OceanIsle I wouldn’t go negative on the meaning! 
Denials wouldn’t mean they delete your ID–I imagine even if denied, you will be able to log in for the duration of the admissions time. Let’s think positive! I like @fla946 scenario.
