<p>My bff told me a girl that we went to high school with got in as a transfer for fall 09' or it might be spring since she got it this early. She applied like in early october or late september. I don't think I'll know till thanksgiving because I sent mine early october but they didn't get my transcript till like two weeks ago. It's a possibility I could find out in december. This is so beat.</p>
<p>nah you will probably find out in november around thanksgiving.. i had everything handed in but they just got my SAT scores 3 weeks ago so idk when ill find out</p>

<p>Gummdrops - there's no telling. That's basically just their standard default placeholder message, which means they've received all of your stuff but haven't made a decision yet. Last year, our S's app was "in review" from November until early Feb.</p>
<p>Last year my app was "in review" for two weeks. November 1st to November 14.</p>
<p>That's all huh -- 2 weeks? Wow, that was quick -- lucky! Son's app, SATs, etc. were in 3rd week of September so hopefully we'll hear by Thanksgiving. Would be a huge relief!!</p>

<p>Now I can't get into My Penn State account. Hopefully they are uploading decisions.</p>
<p>I called Admissions Office yesterday and the woman I spoke w/said decisions would not be posted until the Nov. 30th deadline -- that is contradictory to what was stated in The Collegian last week ("decisions for UP candidates will go out next (this) week"). So . . . who knows -- we'll all just have to wait and see, I guess.</p>
