<p>So I already sent in my apps to my EA schools, but I haven't sent in my ED app because though I signed the ED agreement and so did my mom, my counselor hasn't. Can I send it in yet, or do I have to wait for her to sign it? I'm just freaking out that she won't check her school email because of hurricane Sandy, so I'm really worried.</p>

<p>Go ahead and send it in. You don’t have to wait for the counselor to sign off on the ED agreement.</p>
<p>The commonapp allows you to submit even though the school forms are not complete. Hence you should go ahead and stick to the deadline and let the school forms (rec letter, transcripts, GC stuff etc) take their own time. You don’t have control over it.</p>
