waiting

I hate waiting...I am waiting for over 1 dozen schools reply and its driving me crazy.

I know some colleges have already decided to reject me, so why dont they just let me know?

Colleges should share the decisions as soon as they make them. What they are doing is CRUEL!!!!

it might be fun to go back and read the old ED acceptances threads (both the anticipatory ones, and the results ones) and you can join in all the tension with them, except a few months removed.

I always thought those threads were kind of fun. probably less so for the people who were rejected though.

i feel your pain bro. I was in the same situation last year...a tip: play lots of ps3 games and go out to parties. These will lessen your anxiety a bit.

oh ED.
ED decisions were tense!
Back then, 3 more weeks to ED and we were all over this board.
sighs
I left CC for a while after ED because I didn't want to face not being able to claim Cornell as mine.
Now that I'm back again for RD decisions, I feel...I dunno. Ready to fight again?

Don't worry, just keep positive. Wish all of you guys the best

I concur with plzaccept1989....i'm international and this waiting is excruciating....after so much time and effort....sometimes I want to scream!!

haha i feel the same way
just two more weeks!!

Xbox 360 and Wii is better than ps3! :)

Don't slack off too much. Underestimating senioritis is very dangerous.

Anyone play Halo 3?

i played it for 2 days , it was good but im not into video games anymore lol

plzaccept: what schools did you apply to?

marshies i feel EXACTLY the same. i got so worked up for ED and then my deferral just was such a reality check i was like THERE IS NO WAY I CAN BE ON THIS BOARD RIGHT NOW

but now that rd is here, i feel hopeful again....

hopefully i wont have that same disappointment. YOU TOO!

Many....

THese are the ones I am still waiting for replies from:

GW
GTown
UVA
Cornell-ILR
BC
JHU
Pton
NYU
Brown
and the list goes on...

plzaccept1989 - you can get a "sign" from BC that you have been accepted if you log into AGORA and see a link to "My Res Life Forms". Apparently, that is a definitive sign that you have been accepted. If the link is not there, it does not mean that you are rejected though - it just means the link is not there.

Dande1114/Marshies - I am living proof that there is hope after deferral at Cornell.

Good luck to everyone.

hey everyone should list the schools that they were accepted to etc and are waiting to hear from! that will help pass the time plus it would be super interesting
