<p>Historically, when has Bowdoin started to contact students telling them if they have gotten off the waitlist or not?</p>
<p>Last year Bowdoin started contacting waitlist candidates quickly - maybe around May 4 - but it did so on a rolling basis. In other words, Bowdoin might contact X applicants on May 4 and give them 5 days (or some such time period) to respond then, based on how the first group responded, it would move on to the next group of applicants until the class was filled out. The process seemed to take up most of May last year. . .</p>
