WAITLISTED AT MIT :((...what now?

<p>Mit was pretty much my dream school. I kind of want to gauge my chances for other schools I applied to..</p>

<p>So far I've heard back from MIT (waitlist), Harvard (deferred--->?), UVa (Accepted with Echols), and Wash U @ St. Louis (Accepted).</p>

<p>What should I be anticipating for these other colleges I've havent heard from:
Yale, Pton, Harvard, Upenn, Uchicago, Duke, Brown, Northwestern, Columbia</p>

<p>Hmmm based on where you got in already I feel like you’ll get into at least 2-3 of the schools you haven’t heard from. Like everyone says, it’s a crapshoot, so it’s a good thing that you applied to a bunch. </p>

<p>My guess is that if you do get into 2-3 it’ll be Northwestern, maybe Brown, and just one random one off of your list.</p>

<p>I just got waitlisted at MIT too. I got into Chicago early if that helps. I pretty much have that same list of schools which I’m waiting on.</p>
