what are the chances of me getting accepted, how long does it usually takes to know if you been denied or accepted.
Srry for you guys being waitlisted…
But here is the truth…
This years(class of 2020) was the hardest and most competitive in the NJIT’s history. Believe me or not but the average GPA for the incoming freshman was 3.65 with SAT scores of 1850. Every year it will get harder and harder to apply to well known State and Private Colleges.
For any future freshmen…brace yourself.
My Stats:
3.8 GPA and with SAT of 2180.
My Sources: NJIT Acceptance Day (Speech from DEAN)
Things to try…
- Call NJIT (STATING it is your first Choice)
- Send any recommendation letters
- If your grades permit...send your Mid year transcript/Final
- Have Hope
TBH: Being wait listed and knowing you chances of getting in are completely unpredictable. Best thing to do is make arrangements for another college. You will find out out about the decision before July.
What do you mean by calling them?
And do you think that race and gender (black female) are a big part of their admission process? My SAT is 1300 and GPA 3.7. I have 25 college credits with a 4.0 there. Is there a chance of a full ride?
