Waitlisters

<p>@ellkayy77: Is the 35k scholarship renewable for each school year, or is it supposed to be split over four years? Did you get this info with your waitlist email, or did you get it over the phone? Is it a merit scholarship or based off of need?</p>

<p>It’s renewable each year as long as I maintain over a 2.0! and it’s merit but not completely through Pepperdine since you have to have someone who works at a university in your family to participate (but they do decide who gets it)!</p>

<p>I’d definitely back out of UCSD with that much financial aid :P</p>

<p>CrimsonLavender - All Pepperdine scholarships/grants are renewable every year for four years, not to be split over the four years. They do this to ensure students do not LOSE their scholarships as new students come in, so I consider it a good thing.
You probably would have received some sort of need-based grant had you been accepted initially. I’m sorry :(</p>

<p>Does anyone know anything about when people who were admitted for the spring semester know if they were accepted into the fall instead. I am really hoping I will get in for the fall but it seems like people have already heard back do they let you know if you don’t make it in?</p>
