Waitlisting--if taken off, am I required to go there?

<p>So, I've been waitlisted at two schools that I like, but am not necessarily obsessed with or anything. But I might like them better than the school I end up choosing to go to.</p>

<p>So I was wondering if I should accept a position on their waiting lists. If I'm accepted off the waiting list, am I required to go there? Or can I turn them down because I've decided the school I've enrolled at is one I prefer after all?</p>

<p>Just wanting to make sure before I accept any waitlists.</p>
