Wake Forest transfer

Hey everyone, this is my first post so I was hoping to get some help and advice.

I'm currently a sophomore at Wake Forest University, a top 25 academic institution. And although I enjoy Wake Forest quite a bit, I am a student-athlete that has been battling injuries for two years. Due to my poor health and lack of performance, my scholarship is most likely to be cut at the end of the year and I am looking at transferring. I wanted to post on here to get some kind of perspective on what my chances are to get into some schools?

I have a 3.4 GPA at Wake with 2-years varsity letter experience in the ACC.
In high school I had a 4.0 GPA and a 1250 out of 1600 SAT, but I didn't have to submit my SAT scores to Wake Forest as the school does not require you to submit your scores.
I have diverse internship experience, working for NFP's and with the NCAA.

I was wondering what my chances are to be accepted at universities such as:
Duke
Northwestern
Emory
Cal Berkley
Stanford
Vanderbilt
Columbia
Princeton
Dartmouth
Brown
Penn
Yale
Notre Dame
Georgetown
UCLA

Please let me know what my chances are and what I should do to boost my likelihood of being accepted! Thanks!

I would say that your best choice is probably UCLA. Honestly, your SAT is a little low for any of the schools you have listed, but because you were a student-athlete, it might help you get in. Hope this helps. FYI: Princeton does not accept transfer applications, so you should cross that off your list. Hope this helps
