For those of you on the East Coast, the Wake-Stanford game will be on tv tonight at 11:15pm on ESPN2. Nice to see them get some national coverage, hopefully it will be a win for Wake tonight.

In several markets it will follow the ND-Michigan State game which begins at 8pm. My husband won't move off the couch for hours! He is an ND grad and our son is at Wake.

We’ve watched a lot of WFU games on TV during the last 4 years. Didn’t stay up for the game last night, though – too late! Plus, it would have taken a miracle for the Deacons to beat Stanford!

CBB, you were smart to go to bed! All I can say is Yikes! I guess we were all hoping for a repeat performance of last year’s Wake-Stanford game…Tough having inexperienced QB’s but that was just the tip of the iceberg. I think it could be a long season…

Defense just look atrocious. Of course, credit should be given to Andrew Luck and the Stanford O-line. I did not expect to win–you cannot travel 2300 miles and give it 100%, but that was just pathetic. Nonetheless, Stanford should go on to have a very nice season. They have a very real chance to make a run at the National Championship game.

Tanner Price just looked rattled, but that is a tough first road start to make.
