want fee waiver, but did not apply for college match

<p>i'm desperately trying to figure out if my application fee can be waived for</p>

--northwestern
--vassar</p>

it says for the three schools that questbridge applicants can have their fee waived by indicating in the common app.</p>

<p>however, i was accepted into the questbridge's college prep program. i did not apply for the national college match. am i still a "questbridge applicant"? if so, how do i indicate that in the common app?</p>

<p>(i also received an email from northwestern saying that questbridge students can have a fee waiver)</p>
