I just requested my Oct SAT scores to be send for EA by rush reporting. so I'm technically one day late, because I didn't submit the request on the Nov 1st deadline.
(I really wanted to see my scores before deciding to send it.)
do you think the college will make a big deal out of my late score report?

depends on the school

ditto

Where are you applying to? The college website should have some information about rush reporting.

no they won't...jeesh....they are currently trying to put everything together, with papers and reports coming from all over

and they know that Collegeboard isn't perfect, so chill

I applied to stanford.

my D has met with several college reps at her school and this question has come up

right now the ED and ED schools are just trying to put it all together- letters of rec, transcripts, scores, applications etc...they know that CB, schools, etc don't always do things perfectly and outside paperwork isn't always in your control...

the CB didn't send in my Ds scores because she was signed up to take the test again and didnot, so they held her first scores, whatever...so she had to have them rushed...she called the school, and they said not to worry, if there was problem they would contact her, but they weren't looking at ANY applications for several weeks as it takes that long to get everything together

so it should be fine and dandy

seriouslly, has anyone had experience with a college that got scores a couple of days after the deadline the rejected anyone?

if they don't have the scores, they let you know so you can get them sent, that is all that happens

the schools haven' even started lookng at anything, right now they are just entering everything into the computers, printing stuff out, etc

You will be fine. I called Stanford yesterday and there was a recording telling everything that most people would ask, you didn't need to rush the results.
