If your so interested in writing, why don’t you consider Northwestern? I know its aa trench but its worth it.

You’ve good ECs and a good GPA track, I think you’ll get in. Best of luck

Northwestern is not the environment i was looking for and I’m not pursuing a career in writing. Any specific chances for each school anyone?

Bump

Your scores and GPA are in line with all of the schools you’re applying to, but none of these schools are a sure bet, even for a strong applicant. Your ECs are very unique and if your essays are truly strong, I think you have a good chance of being accepted to at least three of these schools. My cautious estimate is as follows:
Wash U: high reach
Bowdoin: reach
Colby: match
Macalester: low match
Colgate: low match

Also, did you apply to any safety schools?

@123wombat‌ Yes. I’ve already been accepted into UVM Honors College with a 16000 per year scholarship. I’d seriously consider this option even if I got accepted to every other school on my list above.

Considering your interests, I think Colby would be the best fit. For students interested in the humanities, the personal attention, focus on writing and undergraduate research, and interactive classes really can’t be beat.
