My portal is still working…should I just assume now that I’ve been rejected?

My portal was down, came back, and is now down again.
@rockyc I don’t get what you’re saying. I’m guessing by deferrals you mean waitlisting, but everybody’s decision, no matter the decision, is uploaded to the portal.
maybe they’re uploading them alphabetically? my last name is at the end of the alphabet and my portal has been up this whole time
My portal has been up the entire time for the past few days (at least whenever I check which to be fair isn’t too often, it has been up). I really don’t think anyone should look into whether it is down or not as a sign of anything, it is probably just some bugs in their system.
