My portal used to not work on the phone/computer but is now working on my phone (i havent checked my computer yet)
Guess what guys… my portal is back up yet again. This really doesn’t indicate anything. I think this is the 5th time my portal has come back up.

I don’t think everyone reporting when their portal goes up and down for 20 pages is particularly helpful… 
Just wait until (someone) gets a decision - then post that…
