@RUHTRA999 I applied UMich RD and got accepted to Eng already lol.
@Planet133 Ayyyy same man! I was actually born in Slovakia
t minus 15 minutes?
@Slovak98 Woow! I was there only once) I was born in Russia))
Decisions are probably not coming today, too. Which shows why no one got UPS/USPS notification for any package.
@patrickjf44 Congrats yo. UMich is great for Eng!
I submitted my application kinda late (late Jan I think) maybe that’s why I haven’t heard back.
@Projo23 I would love a recommendation if you’re a jazz expert – I like Kind of Blue a lot
What?!?! I got deferred by umich during EA and have no new update yet
@Weroip12 Gershwin always. If you want something, I dunno, not as intense, I would lean towards some Sidney Bechet or some Ray Brown. One is Clarinet, the other Cello.
@Projo23 I’ll check that stuff out. What Gershwin songs/albums for a beginner?
If it’s not up by 7:05, I’m done. I’ll just keep an eye out for the alert email.
Who actually said it was March 13th? I have read some vague statements from people that their counselor contacted the school and that’s what they heard. We don’t actually know it’s today. Some schools, such as Yale or UChicago have set dates (UChicago is definitively coming out the 17th btw)
All the Ivies are on the 30th right?
Yes
JHU is also on 17th
@Slovak98 ambiguouspronoun said it
Is the pathway loading really slowly/not at all for anyone else?
No mine loaded
@Weroip12 Start with Cuban Overture, to kinda get a feel for him. Once that is done, peruse a little bit, and then eventually get to (my favorite and what many would argue his best work) Rhapsody in Blue.
Wait what? I thought all ivies come out on Apr 1st altogether?
