WashU ED Chances

Hi, I am a senior at a small public high school in the northeast applying ED and curious as to what my expectations should be.

Weighted GPA around 105, unweighted around 95.

35 on ACT- 33 English, 34 Math, 36 reading and science, 23 writing (should I be worried about this?)

SAT II- Chem 800, Lit 780

AP’s- Chem 5, APUSH 5, World 5, Spanish 3

I’ve taken all of the most advanced courses at my school that i could without doubling in science at some point.

My extracurriculars mostly revolve around music- I play clarinet in all of the ensembles at my school, an orchestra outside of school, and in several honor bands. I’ve also done a few other things, but nothing super presitigious.

National Merit Scholar Commended Student, but no major awards.

I also interviewed, and have no minority type hooks. Also, I’m thankfully in a position where I am not applying for need-based aid. Any feedback or things I can do to increase my chances at this point? I’m gonna have a B-B+ in Calc this quarter: is that bad?

ECs seem to be weak but everything else looks good. Idt a B or B+ in calc will be detrimental, esp. if its Calc AB or BC. I’m applying ED too… Good luck!
