Do they still have one that competes among Clemson, Duke, etc?

I compete during the summer months and would like to continue in college. Would it help on my app in addition to everything else (grades,SAT, Regular ECs like basketball, track)?

Last year when I visited they said they had a team. I don't know who they compete against though. I would include it on your app in the place for ED's they have a box you can check for if you are planning on continuing it in college. If you wanted you could attach a more in-depth activity resume to the more info section of the app. ...thats what I did anyway and I got in ED

One thing is for sure you should include it, but as you probably know it will look better if you've researched it a little. It may even be better if there isn't an active club because then you could say you might start one. If you've actually accomplished anything in that field, its worth mentioning quickly. If it plays a significant role in your life, include it in an essay, if not the Exctra Curricular Activities box or whatever it is works just fine. Don't create too many tangents in your essays, if its not worth a paragraph, don't include it in the essays.

Ok so FYI, I haven't heard of such a team, I will ask some seniors and see if they know. I don't see any reason why this would be an urgent (You can't possibly be applying now can you?) question, but if its clear I've forgotten, then shoot me an email or post on here, email is probably more reliable but hey, whatever.
