I am currently a freshman at Long Island Univ(sent there against my will). I was accepted to Fordham University, Stonehill College and Loyola College last year and want to transfer to one of these for the spring semester. My first choice is Fordham (lincoln center) and was wondering if housing will be a huge issue. I was also wondering if my acceptance last year will play a role in the decision.
Any other information would also be great.

Not sure if anyone on the Transfer Forum will have enough info to advise on what the housing situation will be at Fordham. You might want to try posting on the Fordham forum here on cc.

I think having been accepted last year is a good indicator that you could be accepted again.

It is also fine to call Admissions and ask about housing availability for transfers, whether they take Spring as well as Fall transfers.

Warning: Stonehell is NOT recommended. Anything you read is propaganda.
Administration does not live up to their promises and they are NOT spiritual, truthful, kind or caring. This school ruins and kills good people.

Angel2, you seemed to have joined CC recently, and posted three very negative comments about Stonehill in different threads on your very first day. I assume that you or someone close to you has had a bad experience. Given the strength of your sentiment, why don’t you provide more detail?

Your acceptance shows that your hs record was up to par so all you have to do is keep a decent college GPA, a few ec’s and some good recs and you should be able to get in without much of a problem
